FAMOUS AMOS HORLICKS COOKIES

Bahan-bahan: 1 buku buttercup 1 1/2 cawan gula castor 1 biji telur 1 penutup esen vanilla 1 sudu besar soda bikarbonat 1sudu besar baking powder 1 cawan minyak masak 3 1/2 cawan tepung gandum 1 1/2 cawan tepung jagung 1 1/2 cawan horlicks 1/2 cawan susu tepung 1 cawan almond nibs (bakar dahulu dalam 5 minit) 1 cawan beryls milk choc coin 1/2 cawan dark choc chip 1/2 cawan caramel chip  Cara-cara: Satukan butter, gula castor, telur dan esen vanilla. Kacau dengan senduk hingga sebati. Masukkan horlicks, susu tepung, soda bikarbonat, baking soda, tepung gandum dan tepung jagung. Kacau hingga sebati. Kemudian tuangkan minyak sedikit demi sedikit sehingga adunan konsisten. Kacau lagi. Adunan akan menjadi sedikit lembik, jangan risau. Masukkan choc coins, almond nibs, dark choc, caramel chip. Kacau hingga sebati. Masukkan ke dalam chiller dalam 15 minit. Cubit atau masukkan ke dalam piping bag. Bentukkan bulat kecil dan letakkan atas loyang.
