aSSALAM... wake up early in the morning.. got fitness test for our forest camp... here my result... 6x run in balapan - 20min 30 sec push up - 23 sit up  - 20 balancing - excellent.. proud to be SITF  a.k.a FSSA (faculty of science and natural resource) =)  KEEP CALM & STAY HEALTY... streching before run... hepy face after done fitness...
